Best dry smelling shampoo ever!

Hey everyone a quick post about this amazing dry shampoo I'm obsessed with lately. Especially if I'm running late for work in the mornings , I just spritz this in my hair all over rub it in with my hands with your head upside down and tada done ready off to work I go. And doesn't leave a white power residue behind! 

The smell of this is amazing their are five scentes! The one I have is Tokyo oriental fragrance Ive smelt all of them but this one is my favourite. It's not to pricey either mine was from www.superdrug.co.uk for £3.49 for a 200ml or 50ml for 1.99 check it out

What's inside my makeup bag!!

So I thought you lovely lot would like to see what products I have in my makeup bag! And here it is! There seems a lot but you can never have to much in your makeup bag?! I tend to use this all for going out, work and everyday looks so I can create different looks with what you can see there! 

To start off with is the Mua primer and 8 hour night cream by Elizabeth Arden! So after I moisturise I apply the primer to my face to set a base for my foundation and apply the 8 hour cream to my lips to stop them getting dry! 

For foundations I have two shades of the maybelline satin liquid in nude/warmhoney I have two shades so I can mix to create different tones. I have the Rimmel BB cream in the light shades as it does Match to your skin I normally wear that for work as its lighter on the skin! if you want to read more on these foundations it's on the blog.

For the face powders I have the Mac skin finish, urban decay translucent powder

Then for blusher/bronzer I'm using the kiko trio blusher which is amazing can't wait to review it soon! And then I have my marks and Spencer's blusher which is a dark pink really nice goes on subtl and then my favourite bronzer  bahama mama! By the balm which is brilliant for contouring and bronzed looks.

My eyebrows I've been using the maybelline eyebrow gel with the beauty uk eyebrow quad really like this powder goes on nicely and the brows stay in place all day! 

For the eyelashes I have my gosh mascara which is fab for separating the lashes and the younique for adding length and volume! Which is great for a false eyelash look.

Then for my eyeliners and eyeshadow I've been using maybelline nude eyeliner to brighten and make my eyes appear bigger or the beauty uk eyeliner duo which creates a great golden smokey eye look! Which I've been loving! Will show soon on a post.

Lastly are the brushes I use which are the real techniques, kiko and eyebrow brushes by Louise young and my favourite lip product which i reviewed yesterday! Check it out.

my everyday minimal but coverage makeup look!!

hello everyone this is my go to makeup look at the moment im loving the fresh faced makeup look sometimes wearing minimal makeup is more but still have coverage but no over the top! this is fab for a everyday look. 

what im wearing:

my foundation is the maybelline dream satin liquid in nude. I love how smooth this foundation goes on the skin id say its more for a dry to normal skin type , i have oily skin even thou i love this foundation and the way it looks i do find myself topping up regularly with powder if your somone who doent mind re applying throughout the day i would defiantly still recommend this.   From superdrug

for my powder il use the urban decay translucent powder then id use my revolution powder aswell only because i feel i need two types to set my skin as i don't like shine to much, i find this works perfectly for me it just depends on your skin type.  From house of fraser and superdrug 

for my eyelashes i do have individual eyelashes in at the moment but i do apply a light stroke of my gosh mascara which is fab for separating the eyelashes. From superdrug

for my lips im using my fave KIKO  lip tint this is just amazing i cant rave enough! such a must have in the makeup bag i think! really moisturing and lasts pretty much my full working shift of 9 hours!. From KIKO

and lastly my eyebrow palette is the kelly brook palette which is brilliant for enhancing the eyebrows to give that kylie Kardashian look us girls are loving at the moment , their are 2 colours and a wax inside they do a brunette palette , blonde palette and a red head palette. From new look

My recent must have KIKO liptint!

This is my recent must have I purchased this from kiko the other day and I'm in love with it. This is the best liptint gloss I've ever tried! And was in the sale if  you can get your hands on this online or in store i defiantly recommend you should you won't be disappointed.

The colour range is really good their are colours  from red, light pinks , nudes ,dark pinks and oranges I have the dark pink on mine as you can see from the picture above with and without glasses gives a nice makeup look! 

I thought id test it out at work seeing as I'm non stop all day,  I work in the beauty industry doing treatments so I hardly get time to reapply lip products and this has really surprised me as its staying power and glossiness is just amazing , I've been getting a lot of compliments too which is nice.

I love how this keeps my lips moisturised all day as some lip products can be very drying and leave a dry lip mark around the lips and that is defiantly not a good look!! 

So go into kiko online or in store their is one in westfields in Shepherd's Bush or reagents street in London.

Kiko mini haul!

So I went into Kiko today over in westfields on my day off work and had to go in and see what goodies they had and  oh my I found some great makeup bits! 

I could of bought the whole shop but looked for bits i really needed and found these bargains which were in the sale! What a bonus. 

The first bit of makeup is the top pairs blush in raspberry rose and peach as you can see from the shades in the picture, i wanted a nice blush I could wear for everyday/summer makeup looks!

The next makeup item is the lip tint in shine lust colour 09 im really loving my glossy tints at the moment especially as it's cold out as I find glosses more moisturising throughout the winter months, so i thought I'd pick up a red/dark pink colour as im really loving the darker colours at the moment.

And lastly this daring game face brush which looks more of a contouring brush so I can't wait to have a play around with this and see how it goes, I picked it up as the brush felt so soft with its synthetic bristles it has a two tone so the black would be for bronzer and the White for the highlighting! 

I can't wait to try all these out maybe for makeup look in my next post! And also to give my feed back on what I like and dislike so keep posted!

My go to foundation at the moment!

My go to foundation of the month is the maybelline dream satin liquid in light honey and nude!

The reason why I have two colours is that I find mixing two colours together creates the perfect match to skin tones having just one colour I find on my skin tone either makes me too pale or too orangey and we don't want that!. 

I find this foundation goes on Soo smoothly onto my skin which makes me look like I have a airbrushed finish and I love that look! But I do have a oily skin type which I find this isn't the best for a oily skin it will last about 9 hours but not any longer this would be better for a combination to dry skin type! But if you don't mind it only lasting 9 hours on a oily skin then I still would recommend this! 

The colour range is very good it caters for a very pale skin tone to a dark skin tone so you will defiantly find a perfect match for you! 

I purchased from SuperDrug which was on a offer for 2 for £10.00 I'm not sure if the offer is still on but the normal price is £8.99.

Surprise I'm back/ lip products of the month!

Hey everyone I'm back blogging again new year new start I've been so busy working I haven't had time to do daily blogs ,but have been constantly updating my Instagram over @laurenpearceyyy 

However I am going to make sure to keep updating! Hopefully every day or every other!:)

Anyways enough ranting about me now about my favourite lip product I came across whilst shopping in topshop , and I just had to buy it....... Is the Eos lip balm in strawberry shortcake it's not only the most moisturising Lipbalm I've come across it also taste and smells amazing to.

I work as a beauty therapist and my lips can really get dry whilst doing treatments so if I apply this before work it last for ages keeping my lips moisturised! So if you can get hold of this you won't be disappointed!

The price for mine was £7.00 from topshop which is pricey for a lip balm but so worth it!
